Product: HP ZBook Power G7 Mobile Workstation (10J83AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Windows Update offers me a firmware update (1.17.0.0) for my notebook.
After selecting this update the system asks for a restart. I use BitLocker with password and after entering the BitLocker password the system starts with the info that a system update will be executed. The keyborad backlight turns on and the fan starts, after about1-2 seconds everythings goes off and starts again, after 3 tries the system starts normal but the firmware update ist not installed.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
Does this update solve any security issues and is it recommended to install it?
