Dear all, I am struggling with my HP application.

In the HP app, there are Audio options for AI noise reduction and Microphone settings.

Microphone settings include : "Conference", "Studio Recording" and "Personal".

At every reboot of the PC, HP application ignores my settings and reset the AI noise reduction to "ON" and microphone to "Conference".

This is very annoying, because in Conference mode, the Voice Recorder and the Camera detect only human voices, and cancel music instruments. I frequently use my PC to record music. So I have each time to go to HP application and change settings.

I tried to reset the application from Windows Application settings, tried to reinstall it from Microsoft store, but this did not correct the problem.

Here is my HP app version : 55.52615.4833.0

My PC: HP EliteBook 8 Flip G1i 13 inch Notebook AI

System : Windows 11 up to date
