I bought a HP care pack last year and i thought that HP care pack was applied to my laptop and everything was good but apparently the HP care pack couldn't be applied to my laptop. I never received any email stating that apparently HP cannot apply the care pack and then when I called couple of months ago about an issue i had with the laptop I was told that the care pack didn't get registered as it's been more than a year since i bought the HP laptop and the Tech Support team forwarded me to the sales team and the sales team tried a few things and forwarded me to the Care Pack team to register it, care pack team then said that they are not able to apply the care pack and forwarded me to customer service to get a refund for the care pack i bought and which couldn't be applied, customer service then said that since it's been so long that i purchased the care pack they are not able to issue a refund to me and then forwarded me again to care pack team to see if they can somehow apply the care pack, the new care pack support person then checked again and mentioned that he is not able to apply it whatsover and when i told him that the previous care pack rep forwaded me to customer service already to get a refund and customer service couldn't refund he then forwarded me to some resolutions team and then the resolutions support person verified all the details and said that I will be issued a refund in 7-10 days and it's been about 2-3 months now and I am yet to receive a refund.

Any thoughts on what i can do here to either get the care pack applied or get back my money that i paid for the care pack ?
