This cloud recovery tool says that my product id is incorrect when it's actually a legit product id.

Hello,

Unfortunately, this confirms that your computer is not supported by HP Cloud Recovery Tool.
I therefore recommend that you Contact HP to obtain the HP System Recovery Kit.

 

The free solution allows you to create an ISO image and install a version of Windows 10 (non-HP) with the Microsoft MediaCreationTool.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

If you are using the free solution, please use the HP link below to install the drivers and software for your computer.
