Hey there! @raihankhryn

 

Please try the steps recommended below.

 

Uninstall the command center from the PC and install the latest version of the command center from the Microsoft store.

 

To change the setting after HP Command Center has been uninstalled:

 

Re-install HP Command Center from the Microsoft Store from the link below: 
 

https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9P92N00QV14J

 

If you still have issues update the BIOS on the PC to the latest version and check if it helps.

there's no HP Command Center in HP Recovery Manager
