Hi,

I have a problem with some of the hotkeys on my keyboard. Whenever I want to use the ones for mute or to make the screen more or less bright - it doesn't work (the other ones seem to work fine). Instead, this window pops up (German), telling me to download HP Software Framework via the following link...  Plus it pops up again about five more times when I close it.

I entered the link, downloaded the .exe and tried to find an app that was capable of opening it. Didn't work, though.

I just bougth the notebook from a professional second hand tech shop.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Many thanks

Jan
