my laptop HDD drive failed. It was replaced under warranty.I bought 240GB of SSD for OS.After replacement you know that, everything is clean.I purchased this model,as it has best features as per my needs. The prebuilt apps of HP like,HP coolsense, powermedia palyer,HP assistant, etc were gone.I dont know if this OS is genuine,if recovered from cloud recovery or drive. He also installed a non-genuine MS office 2013. Actually i have a Genuine 2016 home & student version.i downloaded from it from office setup my product key.My laptop is nothing now.with no extra features,apps..How do i recover all this inbuilt apps and features...Please tell me the process
