HP Recommended

I have this HP laptop running on Intel Celeron N4120 and 16 GB RAM. Browsing is super slow. I was hoping someone could advise a simple solution, or just confirm if the specifications are just not good. Thanks

The following thoughts might assist if your ISP is acceptable.

 

I only see a new PC purchase as a solution since it is very difficult to upgrade mobile CPUs.

 

Well, your PC's CPU, specs per this Site, is about 8 years old.

 

The processor base frequency is underwhelming at 1.10 GHz.

 

However, 16 GBs of RAM is a current sweet spot for routine tasks such as web browsing. And many games like 16 GBs of memory

 

Modern browsers like RAM and higher frequency CPUs.

 

You would have to draw your own conclusion.
