Just for information:
HP limits active the power from their laptops cause they want that you buy new laptops, but you must do not!
I bought a 2.500EUR HP spectre laptop 9 months ago.
I was always wondering why the laptop run so slow.
NVidia Card run bad, CPU run bad.
After 6 months of research, I find out that HP limits the power of the laptop to 50%!
You must search for the HP command tool and set the power to HIGH!
Otherwise you will never get full power of the cpu and nvidia card on your laptop!
You will not find the tool from HP assistant or any FAQ from HP website!
You must manually open it in your windows!
