HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer - L411a

The recent "temporary" disruption after HP "unintentionally" revoked Mac credentials lead to my printer being recognized as malware. Annoying! So I followed the instructions posted on the HP website to update my computer software and then uninstall and reinstall the HP software. However, when I went to re-download the HP Software, there was no software available for my device HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer - L411a. Additionally, they don't even issue software compatible with Mac OS 11.0.1!

So I thought surely some customer service person would help me by sending me the correct HP software to download, but because my printer is out of warranty they do not allow you to speak to a representative and keep rerouting you to a USELESS automated agent.

So this "unintentional" mistake by HP has made my (previously) perfectly functioning printer totally unusable! Rage does not even begin to cover my feelings about this.

This forum was the ONLY way to try and reach someone in hopes of fixing this issue. If no one reaches out, HP has essentially forced me to purchase a new printer, which I can guarantee will NOT be an HP.
