HP omen command center driver issue

Hi, i just bought this laptop today and ive already been running into some issues.
I was checking out the omen command center function and i aways get the screen that says that i do not possess the latest version of the bios / firmware. so i tried updating my bios, through the HP website. but at the end of the update it says firmware signature fail. and then it just all pops back to normal. I will put some screenshots to elaborate. i also tried installing different drivers from the hp website (all for my model).

Hi, if click the link to download and install drivers are not successful, please run Windows update to make it update to date, all latest drivers will be installed.

if still fail, you can click APP's "Feedback" button to send message to OCC mailbox, and choose "automatically attach my log files", send the OCCLog.zip file. Thanks.
