HP computer with inbuilt disk and win 10 but disk crushed now new disk inserted win 10 installed need ms office free

If your HP PC's disk crashed and you had to install a new one with Windows 10, reinstalling Microsoft Office can be tricky, especially if you had a pre-installed version. Here's how you can proceed to regain access to Microsoft Office.

 

Reinstall Office with Product Key

  • If you purchased Office separately or it came with your PC, you might have received a product key.
    • Find the product key: Check your emails or physical documentation if you purchased it or received it with the PC.
    • Log into Microsoft Account: If you had previously linked Office to your Microsoft account, go to Microsoft Account Services and log in to see if you can reinstall it from there.
    • Reinstall Office: Once you log in, there should be an option to download and reinstall Office.

Use Office 365 Online (Free Version)

  • If you can't retrieve your Office license, you can use Microsoft Office Online for free. This includes Word, Excel, and PowerPoint but with limited features compared to the desktop versions.
    • Go to Office.com and sign in with a Microsoft account.

Contact Microsoft Support

  • If you sent an email and have not received a response, you could try reaching out directly to Microsoft Support for assistance in retrieving your Office license or product key.

 

If you can provide any product key or account details related to your original Office version, that will be very useful for reinstalling it.
