Hi, @aladin360 you said that your laptop does not power on until you unplug your keyboard and when you plug the keyboard back in all the keys work fine. So do you mean that the keyboard works fine with the laptop when you unplug and re-plug it back in? Also, does the laptop shut down after a while with use with the keyboard still plugged in or does any other challenge happen?

Hi, @aladin360 perhaps it will most likely be a hardware issue. The peripheral devices and the battery may actually be affecting the boot process, so when you remove the devices and battery it is giving the laptop an opportunity to boot up without extra weight on its shoulder to carry.

See if you can reach out to a technician to help you out because it is most likely a hardware issue.

I don't think it's a battery issue, i remove it all the time, it's  still in an excellent condition..   the pc won't start with/without it anyway, i think it's other devices or keyboard

It is most likely the devices and keyboard then.
