Hello everyone, my laptop which was *born* end of 2014 has an issue with the touchpad. I have done a system extensive test for the past 3 days 12h 39sec... the only issue is "processer check" : software error. I have checked for missing drivers... No drivers are missing.
Everything else with the laptop is fully functional. The password I usually use isn't working ... is there a way to reset that? I can't remember the answers to the recovery questions.
If your PC reset your password on you, we can not help in that because we have no access to either the original or the new password.
