HP support Assistant

HP Notebook - 15-ay039wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In HP support Assistant... it shows what was downloaded and when it was installed, but it doesn’t go into a faded mode. Why?

HP support Assistant

Under Updates, and then you click on Actions Log, you will see that there are those you can click on to update and then there are those that are “faded and unable to select”.

 

It should go into “faded and unable to select” and not show anymore once the  update is successful but it doesn't.
