Where can I go to download these HP support apps: HPNetworkCheck, HPPerformanceCheck, HPBatteryTest, which are missing from my HP laptop? When I click the function, I get a message: "The application was unable to start correctly. (Exe00000e5). I've been directed to HP.com, my HP support support assistant and the AI advisory, with no success.

I don't think HP supplies standalone for some apps. Please try
- HPNetworkCheck : https://support.hp.com/au-en/help/computer/internet-network-issues
- HPPerformanceCheck : https://support.hp.com/au-en/help/computer/computer-slow
- HPBatteryTest: https://support.hp.com/au-en/help/computer/battery-adapter-issues
Regards.

Thanks for your suggested links, Banhien. Each link you provided, leads to an information box, which indicates that HP Support Assistance is required to perform the function and that the Support Assistant can't be found. A link to download/install the Support Assistant within the info box is provided. However, during the installation process, a further info box appears stating that a newer version of the Support Assistant software has already been installed on my laptop - resulting in the cancellation of the action. None of the missing functions can connect to the newer version of Support Assistance to continue with their specific analyses.
