The HP support assistance not working. I am confused how to resolve it.
I am trying install again but getting error 'feature transfer error 1605 this action is valid for products that are currently installed'.

Can anyone please help me resolve it?

Not to be critical of that thread, but I certainly would NOT reinstall the entire OS just to fix a problem with HPSA!

Thanks for the response.
But the issue is still there. I am not able to install HP Support Assistance.
Could you please give me some alternate steps?
The above mentioned issue still persist.
I would like to give some inputs by which I facing this issue:
1) There was a shortcut icon on my desktop of HP Support Assistance. By mistake the icon get deleted from me by pressing the delete button.
2)Later on I am not able to open it again. So i tried to install new version from https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p... this link.
3)Since I am facing this issue.
I hope you may understand the problem clearly. Could you please help me to solve this issue. I dont have any idea about how to fix it.
