HP Recommended
Product: HP 250 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (780Q8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP support assistant does not work.
I have downloaded the HP support file "SP155262" and it keeps telling me that "something went wrong".
I have deleted everything related, downloaded a fresh SP file, and installed again - still no luck!

Any suggestion as to what to do next?
