HP support assistant installation: error unknown -2

Hi, I made a clean installation of Win112H22 on my hp notebook, and now I would like re-install HP SUpport Assistant, but I cant' (error unknown -2). Any help?

The HP software and drivers site does not offer HP Support Assistant for Windows 11.

You can try the download for Windows 10, but there is no guarantee that it will work for your notebook:

Sorry to disagree... the link you provide allows to select Windows 11, even the latest release (22H2), and it gives many files to download.

As far as the version of HP Support assistant, here:

https://support.hp.com/it-it/help/hp-support-assistant

you can see that it is the 9 Version, which can be installed on Win 10 or more recent versions (and this is the file which is giving me the error I mentioned in my first post).

Please, be more accurate in your answer.

My information refers exclusively to <HP Software and drivers> for your notebook model !
But unlike Windows 10, Windows 11 does not show HP Support Assistant. That is the difference...
