Hi all,

 

I've trying to install the new jumpstart version as advised by the HP Support Assistant but the installation failed every time.

I'm not sure what should I do and if it is important?

HP Recommended

HP Jump Start is not an important application and it may safely be uninstalled.

 

  • You may simply visit Control Panel -> Programs and features and uninstall it.
