HP support assistant

Would someone from HP send me a link to download the most up to date HP support assistant?

I usaually get it here:

It seems the download link is broken on this page the past couple of days.

I tried this link--it started to download, then told me a newer version is on my computer so setup will stop.

How can I find the HP Support Assistant application so I can open it?
