Hi, every time i go to HP support page to check new drivers and software for my HP Pavilion Gaming Notebook (15-ak112nl) the website system does not recognize my OS (Windows 10 64 bit fully updated), so i can't go on to drivers list. It's frustrating especially now that it' necessary to fix Spectre. Any solution? Thanks

Hi,
It seems the site has some problems. However go to the support page and where it says Operating system change to "Select operating system" and then change it back to Windows again and after change where it says version to change it to "Windows 64-bit". Now click on the blue button "Change" and all your drivers will appear.

Thank you for reply. I tried before what you suggested but system keeps saying "We were unable to retrieve the list of drivers for your product. Please select the desired operating system and select “Update” to try again"
