Product: HP elitebook 840 g2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have recently installed windows 10 on my pc , but I am unable to find the HP tools partition. Please guide me on oe to create or download this partition. Thankyou

Basically -- you can't! This partition is preloaded at the factory when the PC is built. HP provides no downloads that would enable you to recreate only this partition.
HP does provide tools that will allow you to create HP Recovery Media, but that requires a 32GB USB stick, downloading lots and lots of files, and when used, would remove everything on your PC, as it does a complete factory reset.
