Product: HP Notebook - 15-dw0083wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Every time I go to the HP software and driver download webite it shows my laptop as having Windows 10 when it actually has Windows 11 Home. It came with Windows 11 Home but I cannot get any driver downloads because the only OS choice is Windows 10. What's up with this??

No it did not come with Windows 10 S mode. It came with Windows 11 Home and I have been updating that way until  recently when the HP download site shows it as having Win 10, that is totally wrong. I know what is in this laptop!!

Normally Windows 11 machines with Windows 10 original use same key for example

Did you buy your machine from HP directly ? Can you check to see its key ?

I read the info you quoted and it is wrong, I ordered this laptop from HP with Windows 11 Home and that is what it has installed. I never heard of win 10 S.

Sounds like someone did play around with the machine. Please contact HP directly for help. OR Re-install Windows 11 to start over again. You can install Windows 11 using

 

         https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
