HP warranty check website, always says that my serial number is incorrect

Hi There,

Please can you provide me with a solution to the above issue.

Hp warrenty check website always tells me my serial number is incorrect and doesnt proceed further. I have tried multiple hp serial number , all of which are valid , however the website still gives me the same issue.

The only other solution is to download hp support assistant , which is not a suitable / comfortable solution for me.

Please check again, many people mixed up 0 (zero) and character O (letter O).

I have given it a try both with zero and the letter O , I've swapped them around multiple times and tried using zero twice and letter O twice, none of these solutions worked. Below is an image of the laptop I'm trying to check the warranty on. Please can you test this on your behalf and let me know if it works.  The county/Region of purchase is South Africa

Thanks for your help, the issue still wasn't with the letter or number. The issue got resolved after I cleared my browser cache.
