Hello @EZ2024
The problem is due to the lack of a driver for the current version of Windows; the HP website only has version 1607.

For your current version of Windows, there isn't one at the moment.
Best regards

First of all, thank you for your help. Excuse my ignorance on this matter, but does this mean the webcam will no longer work? What happens if I reinstall the driver? Where can I download the old driver to reinstall it, if necessary? I mean, I don't really understand, and yet I do understand, but your answer hasn't been very clear. What happens if I reinstall the old driver? Where can I find it? What name or id do I use to search for the old driver on the HP website?

Hello @EZ2024
There's no driver for your most recent version of Windows.
An alternative to see if it works is to try installing the older driver.

Let me know here if it worked.
Best regards

First of all, thank you. Perhaps I didn't explain myself well: the link you sent me takes me to the HP website where I can search for software. But I don't know what word to use to find what I need. I mean, driver... (I don't know exactly what to write), that's the problem. Thanks.
which one should I pic?

Hello @EZ2024
Select the graphics driver option there.
Best regards
