I'm trying to look up my chromebook's warranty on the site and it cannot find it, but I'm quite sure I entered it correctly. I've been looking around on the site trying to find an email to contact but there's nothing like that.

That said, I tried a few iterations of the provided serial number and failed to get the expected response.

True - I might have simply missed something.

OK, so what would you recommend I do to figure this out?

Right.

Apologies for not explaining clearly.

Another try:

I do not have a solution.

I do agree Warranty status check does not seem to work.

What?

Even assuming the Warranty is expired, you should be able to check the Warranty status using the serial number at the Product Home

I have sent a request to the Moderator team to have a look.

Should there be a response, look for a message here before the agent uses other means to contact you.
