HP Recommended

I received this DeskJet printer and followed all the sets to install it.  when it got to the step to finish install it asked me to signup or sign in for the HP+ instant ink.  it gave me ERROR NUMBERS and said contact HP which I did.  I spent 2 hours with a tech that I couldn't understand trying to remove and re-install the printer over and over again with no luck.  I called again and went thru the same process with an online tech to no success.  I called the next day and went thru the same thing NO SUCCESS.  I called yesterday and said I needed to talk to a supervisor who then called me at 8:00 when I was not at home.  This person also had a very hard to follow accent.  I asked them to please call me today   OF COURSE I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE!!!  I have never been so disappointed in any customer service as this company.  I have a brand new MacBook computer and no one can figure out why I can't seem to finish the setup.  I CAN PRINT, SCAN, from anywhere in my house with the computer, iPhone 17pro, and iPad.  I will followup with more info if I ever get any help
