I have never been able to fix this ongoing issue with downloads on my HP Laptop which i spent over £800 on and have ongoing problems with the same results but now getting worse on startup and text size which is all over the place. In addition to all other problems, opening Apps. takes 6 or 8 clicks of the mouse prior to opening. Now on startup screen, no logo`s on Apps and they all look the same, apart from wording underneath, showing which Application, it is. No Google Logo, HP Logo, Microsoft Store and all the other`s and will not open properly. Screens freeze, videos will not load, just show blank screen with the revolving curser, only half a photograph downloads. Click on a site and the screen is filled just with a part of a word capitals i.e. Amazon with enormous letters that fill the screen or is filled just with part of a photograph, image or wording whatever it just fills the screen. Due to a serious life-threatening issue for over a year, this just had to be left, and I reverted to using my old Z-Book 17" which is fine and downloads ok. Problem is it is Windows 10 which was all I had to use. Tried to fix text size and startups with various ways recommended by Microsoft help! Also contacted Microsoft Support which was extremely helpful and the removed Windows 11 and re-installed and left with me to complete which all went fine, but on restart the laptop was the same as previous and with all of the faults.
The HP Laptop being just over two years old and supposed to be covered by a Three Year HP Support, but now looks like I wasted my money.
