I have the same, or very similar issue.  Every time I boot into a non-administrator account I am confronted with a message that asks for my administrator login to allow HPReadHWDataUninstaller.exe to make changes.  It makes no difference whether I enter my administrator password or click No: The message always comes up on the next boot.

I have also tracked down the executable and run it. The full path is "C:\Program Files\HP\OmenInstallMonitor\HPReadHWData\HPReadHWDataUninstall.exe".  It still doesn't matter if I put in the password or click No.  It comes  up again the next time I boot.

Now for the Mea Culpa: This began after I uninstalled several "apps" that I have no use for using the Windows uninstaller.  In retrospect I should have rebooted after each uninstall, but I did not.

I subsequently installed Revo Uninstaller, but of course it didn't help because it was installed after the event.

I would appreciate any suggestions you might have.

Das gleiche Problem habe ich auch, immer wieder die Aufforderung den Uninstaller dieses HP-treibers auszuführen..
