Thanks for the tip.
For me also just renaming the other folder in which the executable is directly located, also worked. Now i dont get the popup anymore, but I still have the laggy mouse and keyboard input for the first two minutes after startup.

I don't have an issue with the mouse and keyboard like you do, so unfortunately I can't be of any help there.

Hola Yo tambien tengo el mismo problema , el portátil es nuevo y me vuelve loco el retardo del mouse y del teclado.

Alguna solucion?

Sadly I have not found a solution to make the mouse and keyboard lag go away 😞
