Hi everyone, I'm Agent49, I'm new but excited to be here
I have been getting a weird issue where HPSA is not installing after a clean Windows11 system install for the third time now, it shows right after launching the installer a message that says something like 'This version of HPSA appears to be incompatible with your system, you can download a legacy version on the website', that I can't find. Same for Windows 10 when installing the latest HPSA and both systems are fully up to date from this page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/hp-support-assistant
Same issue for when I try to install the HP Support Solutions Framework utility that HPSA depends on.
Has anyone else experienced this same issue? If so I’d love to hear any suggestions

Thanks. Downloaded and installed the softpaq, but HPSA only shows in settings>apps along with HP Support solution framework and doesn't show up in all apps list startup menu, and restarting the pc changed nothing

Sorry that version didn't work.
The only other suggestion I can offer would be to try a newer version than 8.8.34.31 but an older version of the current one:
