Hello Community. Maybe you can help as HP does not want to.

Yep, it is correct, I am working with Laptops where the device is expired.

I don't have an issue, with the device, I have issues with the support tools.

I downloaded the HP Support Framework from the English support edition of HP.

Based on file Details it is language neutral - well it is not neutral.

I am looking for a command line parameter so that the tool talks English?

Or maybe it support an Environment parameter for setting the language.

 

At the moment it talks German. The keyboard is based on Swissgerman as this is where I bought the laptop.

Any ideas?

The OS talks English, so do Webbrowsers.
