Product: HP Pro Tower 400 G9 PCI Desktop PC (52J89AV)
HPTAClient creates an error which leads to a critcal kernel error and a system shutdow. This happens every 2-3 days.
The HPTAClient error is:
[PSREventDataCollector].[1] Failed to get Intel PSR Log(PSR Exception). Reason: Failed to get PSR log state.
Then 2nd HPTAClient error: [PSREventDataCollector].[1] PSR Not Supported. (PSR Exception)
How can I stop HPTA (or HP Analytics) ? DO I need this on my desktop? If yes, why and what for ?
