HP Chromebook 14G4
Chrome OS

I purchased a new printer,  the HP DeskJet 2130 All-in-One series.

There is a bonus Download for The Hallmark Print Studio.

When I run the download, I get the ERROR: HallmarkPrintStudio_build10(3). This file is designed for a PC using Windows software. This is not compatible with your device which runs Chrome OS. Please search the Chrome Web Store for a suitable replacement app.

I could NOT find a suitable replacement app.

My question is:

"Is there a suitable replacement app. available or is this offer no good with the Chromebook?

The Software Offer Expires: Dec 31, 2017

Thank you and much gratitude to anyone who may offer assistance.

Gratefully,

Art Hallmark

Hello, @ArtHallmark - Hope you are well 🙂

May the Forums be with you!  It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel!

I understand that you are trying to add Hallmark print studio to your HP Chromebook. This application requires HP full feature printer drivers which are unavailable with the Chrome OS. Hence, I am afraid that you cannot add this app to your Chromebook.

I would suggest you search for other apps in the Chrome store which will help you create the cards. Check out the Chrome store here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!

Good luck 🙂

Dear DVortex (HP Support Agent),

Thank you DVortex for answering my inquiry!

I will go to the Chrome store at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon to search for other apps that may help create the cards.

Appreciatively Yours,

Art Hallmark
