Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Recently installed windows update on 14th of November, from today morning my PC gets hang surprisingly while working just fine ,it has happened twice within 8 hours and now when i restart the pc it is showing battery counterfeit error . My pc is a year old i am still using the company battery
