My laptop hasn't been working properly for a while now
And when I turned it on it didn't work
I run the sistem diagnosis and when it got tothe Hard Drive Short DST Check it failed
The failure Id is: M89VUC-7LM8H9-XD7V6K-60TF03
Product ID: F4J29LA#ABM

Hi,
You've to replace hard drive with a new one of similar form factor.
Contact HP with failure ID is you're within warranty. They'll replace it free of cost.
Use recovery USB to factory reset OS after replacement.
If you've not backed up data, take out the hard drive and try to connect it to another PC using SATA to USB adapter. Then use explorer to copy the files.
