Hard drive constantly full

Im trying to reset my laptop as I'm handing to someone else but it keeps saying i need more storage to complete the reset. However, i have already removed photos/videos and the likes of so its basically all free. I have no idea what could be wrong. Any ideas? Many thanks

In addition, I have found the utility Cleanmgr+ to have LOTS of options for removing Windows junk, including log files. I use it practically every day. You can get it from here: https://www.getclone.app/download/category/11-cleanmgr
