Yes on my HP 15  f233 when I run the diagnostic on it says I have a bad number one storage unit which is a Toshiba product  my question  is I have an HP 15 212 that I’m using for parts and want to know if I can pull that unit out of that one and put it in the 233? Please advise. Thank you

While the drive may be interchangeable from a hardware perspective, you should have been told that the Windows license for each drive is tied to the PC, not the owner.  So while you CAN switch drives, once you start using it, the Windows will become deactivated and there will be no way to reactivate it.  If you can live with that, then that is your decision.
