Product: HP Envy 13 x360 -ag0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have Envy 13 x360 ag0xxx 8gb of ram but usable is 5.96 because hardware reserved took 2gb!!

Anyone got the same issue? and how to fix it.

System uses system RAM for video chip/card, it will adjust automatically depending on other works. I don't know what is your Envy 13 x360 ag0xxx  (xxx can be from 000 to 999 and few more characters), does it have discrete video card or ONLY Radeon chip ?
