Email comes from a Server -- and that nearly always comes from your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Those folks usually have configuration settings you need for each of the popular email applications.
We do not have this information -- as it varies with each and every ISP and each and every email app.
You will need to contact your ISP, tell them what email app you are using -- and get the settings from them.
