HP OMEN 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have heating issues in my operating system. My laptop is OMEN 15 with 4 gb 1050ti graphics, i7 8th gen, 2.20 ghz and 12 gb ram. even  though having such configurations the CPU temp reaches to 97 degree cent. 50 - 64 in normal use. i dont know why it is occurring. please kindly help me.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating.

 

What is the product number for your computer?

When was the last time the computer was working fine?

 

While you answer that, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

HP 15-DC0010CA, and i havent faced the temperature issue because i havent checked it before. (i.e no games installed in my pc). Now when i installed it my laptop than even in low graphic setting its getting heated up. one more thing that i am unable to play games when ever i unplug the power cable (games are getting lags). when ever i plug in the power cable i face no lags but heating issues. please help me

Did you update the BIOS and the graphics driver? If yes, and still facing the issue then I recommend you perform a reset on the computer following the steps in the below article.
