Product: Probook 645 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got my HP Probook 645 G2 laptop and I've tried a lot of things but I cannot set up my hello face and hello fingerprint sign options. Also, I'm unable to open my SIM card slot and set that up too. 

 

Anyone that knows anything that works should please help out here. Thank you.

Did you buy those options for your machine ? I know the series does not have IR/3D camera option therefor Hello Facial Recognition is out but for other you have to buy.

Thank you for your response. I didn't buy that singly but then I do have that option on the machine.
