Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The issue that I am noticing is that every once in a while, I get a pop-up message that shows an error message (I cannot recall it specifically). It is due to HP Diagnostics for windows being unable to run in the background. This issue has persisted for probably a couple of years since some specific windows 10 update. None of the windows updates have corrected this.

I have also updated the HP Support Assistant. I do think there might be a new Support Assistant version, yet I am not sure that it will correct the diagnostics problem. Previously, I was able to run a Windows-Based HP diagnostics in place of UEFI diagnostics. I did not have to leave WIndows to test the system. I would like to see if there is a way to resolve this without calling technical support since my warranty is expired. If somebody has a solution, it will be much appreciated.
