hi there my enlgish are pretty bad but ill do my best to give all info about my problem my laptop is the one i had on description , i bought it before 1 year january 2022, i didnt even use it so much ..but i face a problem which i dont know what it is... when i open for example some problems like discord , steam and a game fps ... it lagss and going slow like for example  u remove the charcger from laptop and u are on a game and the fps drops.. this is the lag i face for some seconds like 10-15 seconds.. i format my laptop 2 times the one with windows from microsoft using usb ...i  made a clean install , clean install drivers from nvidia all updates for widnows etc and still have this problem .. i wanted to ask .. i have 3 option on power and battery ... it gives me : 1)IMPROVED EFFICIENCY ENERGY SUPPLY , balanced , BEST PERFORMANCE i try to translate my 3 option to enlgihs because im from greece , i dont know how it written on you on other languages... which one should i use ? i had them on balanced.. i dont know if its gonna fix my problem ..i just wanted to ask this one or any ideas about this lagg i have for some seconds?... iT maybe cpu  or ssd i dont know
