To make it simple, as I’m not even sure if this is a notebook model. The SN is 1H8431****. I have performed a clean install and now missing a lot of drivers when I finally got WIN11 to boot up. I performed the clean install in the first place because I was getting a BSOD and could not format by regular means due to locked admin privileges (my moms laptop originally though given to me). My frustration is I have downloaded all the drivers (every single one) when I enter the serial number into HP driver support, and as far as I’m aware have installed them correctly by transferring by flash-drive but still nothing works. No wifi no touch mouse and for some reason the keyboard on the laptop itself works now but don’t know why, just started working randomly. Did I possibly install the drivers in an incorrect order? Would appreciate feedback and help on this. Warranty is still active I saw when I entered serial number so if I’m able to I’d still like to send it in if warranty is still honored after clean installing myself. Though if I can fix it myself I will. If I can just get the WiFi to work I can install the rest of the drivers to the pc directly from there so that’s what I need help with most. Thank you for the read. I will also be adding a picture of all the missing drivers for suggestions on where I need to start downloading. If you could make a guide step by step for dummies I’d appreciate it.

What is the product number of your notebook?

You can find your PC's product number by clicking on the search icon on your Windows taskbar.

Type: System Information

The System information app should show up.

Run the app and the product number of your PC will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.

Post the product number you see there.
