First of all, I seriously doubt your Stream is running IOS; more likely, it is running Win10.
Second, you should not get your hopes up about upgrading this model. It's and entry-level laptop and is not designed to be upgraded to anything more. The "disk space" is often a 32GB SSD which is not designed to be replaced or upgraded. While you usually can upgrade the memory, that will not dramatically speed up this model notebook.
You should provide us the specific model number, so others who know more about these can weigh in on your upgrade options -- if any.
