Product: HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer

I recently bought a new  HP DeskJet 4255e  All-in-One and had some problems using the online setup.  When it got to the ink program, my browser crashed in the middle of signing up, and when I finally got back online, I was unable to sign up for the 4 months free ink that I got from Amazon, because I hadn't done it during the original setup.  When I tried to go on my HP account and get someone to help me straighten it out, all I got was some very frustrating conversations with AI that was not programmed for any questions not in their topic list.

Has anybody else had a similar experience, and if so, what did you do about it?
