Hi.

Iam using hp ProBook 4430s running windows 10 pro issue Is fingerprint driver is working properly in device manager and when I try to enroll fingerprint in setting it shows a yellow error message "we could not find a fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint" I have tried many drivers and still it shows the same error how to solve it.

Most likely the fingerprint reader hardware is too old for The Windows Hello program to work with it.

See if using this software instead works for your notebook's fingerprint reader.
