Hi! @pboy4real,
Did you replace any hardware on the PC recently?
If the system board or any other component was replaced on your PC. The product information stored in the BIOS chip would have got erased.
HP uses a tool called DMI tool by which the product details are entered on your PC.
However, this tool is limited only to HP partners and HP service center technicians.
If you have to get the product information entered on the PC. You need to contact HP support for service options.
